   Where a fix has to be routed through us rather than applied directly, it is a managed fix at one credit each, which is $1.50 per citation on top of your subscription.    Where a directory requires business-owner verification we cannot perform for you, such as a phone or postcard confirmation, we hand you a self-guided playbook with deep links to the exact page you need.
